可吸收螺钉及固定棒（SR－PGA、PLLA）临床应用的初步报告

The Use of Self-reinforced Absorbable (SR-PGA。PLLA )Screws and Rods for Fracture Treatment:APreliminary Report of Tec Cases

作者采用ＳＲ－ＰＧＡ、ＰＬＬＡ可吸收螺钉、固定棒手术治疗踝关节骨折５例（ＷｅｂｅｒＢ型３例、Ｃ型２例）、跖骨基底骨折１例、肱骨髁上骨折１例、桡骨骨折１例、Ｂａｒｔｏｎ骨折１例、外翻１例。１０例患者均获随访，平均随访时间６．２个月。疗效判断以局部功能判断和术后不同时期影像学检查综合判断。结果优８例、良１例、可１例。全部病例骨折均固定至愈合无移位，无伤口感染。作者认为：ＳＲ－ＰＧＡ、ＰＬＬＡ材料的可吸收内固定物是松质骨骨折、尤其踝关节骨折较理想的内固定物。

AbstractThe authors reported their preliminary experiencehthe t reatment of fractu res wit h self-reinforced ab-sorbale (SR-PGA,PLLA)serews and,rods. Therewere 5 cases of ankle fractures (Weeber B 3 cases and C2cases),hasal metatarsal fracture l case,supracondylarfracture of humerus 1 case, fracture of the radius lcase,Barton’s fracture l case and osteotomv of the first metatarsal bone in hallux valgus operation l case. Func-tional recovery and the radiographical appearance in thefollow-up showed excellent results in 8 cases , good in lcase and fair in l case,The fract ure s were all healedwit hout displacement and infection, The authors be-lieve,the absorbable SR-PGA,PLLA screw and rodwere excellent implant for fixation for fractures of can -cellous bone and especially for the fractures of the ankle.
