Agricultural Sustainable Development Appeal to Improving Quality of Farmer

农民素质低严重影响我国农业可持续发展。目前，农村人口素质与农业可持续发展之间存在三个不适应：农民认知水平与农业可持续发展不适应、农民的科学文化素质和创新能力与农业可持续发展不适应、农民的行为习惯与农业可持续发展不适应。人口低素质通过制约科学技术发展、造就农业可持续发展的直接破坏者、造成人口膨胀和结构失调从而影响农业可持续发展。我国农业可持续发展的首要问题是提高农业人口素质，抓好教育和农业科技普及，增强生态意识和环保法律意识，促进农村文明建设。

Quality of farmer is lower and unfit for the situation of sustainable development seriously,now there are three contradictions between quality of farmer and sustainable development, they are lower level of acquaintance, science and cultural quality and innovation ability, and habit. This situation affects agricultural sustainable development by restricting sci-tech development, leading to destroying of agricultural sustainable development, conniving at the action of destroying agricultural sustainable development, leading to over-population and irrationality of structure. The first task of agricultural sustainable development of our country is to develop quality of farmer: improving education and spreading of sci-tech knowledge, strengthen zoology consciousness and environment law consciousness, progressing construction of civilization of a rural area.
