A Research on Diversion of Planning and Control of Chinese Urbanization

从规划调控的功能、管制重点、调控目标、调控手段等8个方面研究了我国城市化规划调控的转向问题。强调规划调控要注重“培育产业集群”。

Presently,China is stepping into a high-speed stage of urbanization.The planning and control must be diverted because it is based upon the planned-economy system and not in harmony with the requirements of the rapid development of Chinese urbanization.In this article,author studies eight aspects of planning and control,such as the function,stress,aim and measure.Fostering appropriate industry organizing is the central task of planning and control.
