Information User Action Control in Modern Information Environment

通过对信息用户心理和行为的分析，根据心理学的两种理论和相关信息道德、法律机制。研究了如何对信息行为进行控制，并提出利用先进的信息技术对信息行为进行控制是信息行为控制的主要发展方向之一。

The psychology and action of information user are tremendously affected by the new information environment that computer and network provide us. This paper has studied how to control the information action according to two kinds of theory of psychics and correlative information ethics and law mechanism by analyzing the psychology of information user snd finally bring forward that the using of advanced information technology to control information action is the one of mainly direction.
