骨巨细胞瘤细胞DNA含量与病理分级和复发的关系

用流式细胞仪对３４例骨巨细胞瘤细胞ＤＮＡ含量和细胞增殖周期（Ｓ％）进行分析，探讨骨巨细胞瘤与病理分级和复发的关系。结果表明：随着分级的增高，ＤＩ值、Ｓ％期细胞亦增高，但Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级Ｓ％期细胞比率差异无显著意义，各级之间倍体水平差异无显著意义，虽然异倍体复发率高，但复发主要受治疗方法的影响。

AbstractDNA content and proportion of phase S cells in 34giant cell tumor of bone (GCT)were analysed by flowcytometry. The resuIts showed that DNA index and8%phase cells increased with pathologic grades,butthere was not significant difference in DNA index of8%phase cells of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ. DNA ploidy wasnot significant among GCT of various grades. The re-currence rate of GCT with DNA aneuploigy was high,however the relapse was influenced mainly by themethod of the treatment.
