摘要
GB18413-2002及IEC61972-2002均规定电动机试验使用转矩测量装置,根据测试结果求取负载杂散损耗值。但GB18413-2002中提供的求取负载杂散损耗值的手工计算方法十分复杂,不仅劳动强度大,工作效率低,而且容易产生误差,同时,计算人员必须经过一定时间的培训,掌握一定的专业知识后,才能胜任。若采用计算机计算负载杂散损耗值,不仅改善劳动强度,提高工作效率,保证计算精度,而且不懂专业的人员只要经过十几分钟的鍵盘使用练习,按规定的程序进行操作,即可以顺利精确地计算出电动机的负载杂散损耗值。
In GB 18413-2002 and IEC 61972-2002, it is specified that the torque measuring device must be used during motor test, and the stray-load loss should be solved according to the measured result. However,the manual calculating method for the stray-load loss in GB 18413-2002 is very complex. Using this method, the labour strength is heavy, and the word efficiency is low, so the error occurs easily. At the mean time, the calculating personnel must be trained for a period and get some special knowledge, and then can be competent at this job. The application of computer for calculating the stray-load loss can not only improve the labour strength and work efficiency, and ensure the calculating precise, but also make the personnel which doesn’t know the specific field can operate it according to the specified program after tens of minutes of practicing on key board, and precisely calculate the stray-load loss in the motor.
