摘要
对特阔幅织物涂料染色生产进行了探索和实践。通过比较国内外涂料色浆、粘合剂、防泳移剂、交联剂的配伍性,以及摩擦牢度、手感等性能,发现FWT粘合剂、阳离子氨基硅油柔软剂,PT或PA防泳剂的效果较好;文中给出了特阔幅织物涂料轧染大生产的工艺条件,提出了工艺中的注意事项。
The compatibility of pigment paste, binder, migration inhibitor, crosslinker, rubbing fastness and handle of the prints are discussed. It is found that FWT binder, cationic amino silicone softener, PT or PA migration inhibitor can impart the fabric good results. The optimum process for bulk production is defined, points needing attention are put forward.
