Study of the New Hi-speed Punching-quenching-winding Line and the Allied Process

针对国内仿格拉夫公司联合冲淬线存在的问题,分析其机械结构、电气控制原理,并应用新技术、新工艺全面改进设计,研制出新一代高速冲淬卷联合生产线;同时,展开配套工艺研究,并应用于针布齿条的生产,产品质量稳定。

Regarding the problems in the strypped-down of punching-quenching line of Graf,analysis is done to the mech-structure and electric philosophy of the Graf product,and a new hi-speed punching-quenching line is developed using new tech and new process for comprehensive modification.Some allied study is done to the clothing manufacturing for constant quality.
