摘要
分析了管理四要素的相互关系及对管理行为的影响,提出了管理行为和职能要因时、因地、因人而变,要在“变”中求得和谐、求得发展。
Analysis is done to inter-relations of the four factors in management as well as the effect on the management action.Conclusion is made that the management action and management fuction should be environment and individual weathered.Harmony and development will be gained in the 'weathered' management.
