摘要
采用特异性放射免疫分析（RIA）技术，对30名飞行员（均为男性，年龄24—50岁）和32名地勤人员（男性，22－54岁）进行血浆内皮素、血栓素B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1α测定。结果显示，飞行员组血浆内皮素和血栓素B2浓度明显高于地勤组（P＜0.05），而血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α浓度明显低于地勤组（P＜0．05，）并对其机理进行了探讨。
Plasma contents of endothelin(ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-K-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α) were determined in 30 pilots and 32 ground crew with radioimmunoassay. The resultsshowed that plasma ET and TXB2 contts in pilots group was signifipantly higher than those in groundcrew group (Pr0. 01,P＜0.05), While concentration of plasma 6-K-PGF1α. in pilot group was significantly lower than that in ground crew group. The implications of these differences were discussed.
