川芎对飞机噪声致小鼠心肌酶变化的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为观察川芎对飞机噪声暴露后小鼠心肌酶改变的保护作用,将纯种雄性小鼠35只,随机分为3组:对照组、暴露组和川穹+暴露组。噪声暴露前60min,分别给对照组和暴露组用生理盐水灌胃,川芎+暴露组用川芎液灌胃,尔后在强度106dB(A)、主频率4.0kHz的噪声下暴露90min,检测此两组及未经噪声暴露的对照组小鼠血清心肌酶含量。结果:口服川芎的噪声暴露组小鼠血清肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶和谷草转氨酶含量显著低于服用生理盐水的暴露组和对照组(P<0.05),后两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明飞机噪声可致小鼠血清心肌酶升高,川芎对抗心肌酶的升高起预防作用。 Thirty-five pure bred male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A (n= 10)served as control- Group B underwent noise exposure (106 dBA, 90 min), and to Group C Ligusticumwas given 60 min before noise exposure. Serum myocaridial enzymes-creatine kinase (CK),lectate de-hydrogenase (LDH), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were determined. It was found that, serumCK,LDH,and AST contents in Group B was significantly higher than those of Group A,while the dif-ference those myocardial emzymes between Group C and Group A was nonsignificant. It is suggestedthat Ligusticum has protective effect on myocadium during noise exposure.
