茶多酚对十G_z作用下大鼠脑损伤的防护作用(英文) 被引量:5

摘要 实验观察了茶多酚(TP)对重复+10Gz作用下大鼠大脑皮层线粒体脂质过氧化反应、血脑屏障通透性、大脑皮层线粒体三磷酸腺音(ATP)酶活性和ATP含量的影响。结果表明,TP明显抑制+Gz应激鼠大脑皮层线粒体丙二醛(MDA)的生成,但对脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSHpx)活性无明显影响。通过测定+Gz暴露后鼠脑对静脉注射伊文氏蓝(Evan'sblue)的通透性,说明TP对+Gz引起的血脑屏障损伤有明显保护作用。此外,TP还明显提高+Gz应激鼠大脑皮层线粒体ATP酶活性和大脑皮层ATP含量。以上结果说明,天然抗氧化剂TP对+Gz引起的脑损伤有明显保护作用。 The effects of tea polyphenols (TP) on mitochondrial lipid peroxidation,blood brain bar-rier (BBB ) permeability, rnitochondrial adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase ) activity and adenosinetriphosphate (ATP) content in cerebral cortices of rats underwent repeated + 10 Gz exposures were ob-served in this experirnent. The results showed that TP had significantly inhibitive effect on mitochondri-al malondialdehyde(MDA) formation in brains of rats underwent +Gz exposures,but no significant ef-fects on superoxide disrnutase(SOD) and selenium dependent glutathione peroxidase (SeGSHpx) activi-ties. TP had remarkable protective effect on + Gz induced BBB injury, as indicated by measuring theleakage of Evan's blue. In addition, TP could substantially increase mitochondrial ATPase activity andATP content in cerebral cortices of rats. These results suggested that natural antioxidant TP had protective effect on +Gz induced brain injury in rats.
