摘要 合成了一种空间位阻胺TBEE(叔丁氨基乙氧基乙醇),并添加在MDEA溶剂中组成MDEA-TBEE复合溶剂。设计了一套新颖的气体吸收装置?恒温填料反应器,测定了该复合溶剂吸收酸性气体(H2S,CO2)的性能。通过大量的实验数据,分析了影响吸收性能的各种因素(如吸收剂浓度、MDEA/TBEE摩尔比、反应温度及溶液负载),并将复合溶剂的吸收性能同MDEA及其它有机胺(MEA、DEA、DIPA)作了比较。实验表明,与MDEA或其它有机胺比较,MDEA-TBEE复合溶剂具有更高的吸收负荷和对H2S具有高选择性。实验同时证明了空间位阻胺是一种优良的酸性气体吸收剂。 A sterical hindered amine TBEE (Tertiarybutylaminoethoxyethanol) was synthesized experimentally, and was added into MDEA (N-methyldiethanolamine)solvent to form a new MDEA-TBEE complex solvent. A novel device, packed isothermal reactor, for gas-liquid absorption was set up, and the performances of absorption of acidic gases (H2S, CO2) by the aqueous solution of MDEA-TBEE complex solvent were studied with the set-up. Based on a large number of experimental data, various factors affecting the absorption performances, such as concentration of MDEA-TBEE, the mole-ratio of MDEA/TBEE, reaction temperature, and the acidic gas loading of the solution were discussed. The absorption performances of MDEA-TBEE were compared with that of MDEA and other amines(MEA, DEA and DIPA). It shows that MDEA-TBEE complex solvent has higher absorption capacity and higher H2S selectivity than that of MDEA or other amine solvents. Meanwhile, it demonstrates that sterical hindered amines are a kind of fine acidic gas absorption solvents.
