摘要
从军事飞行人员精神健康评价的内容、常用方法及发展趋势等方面进行了综述。飞行人员精神健康评价主要从三个方面进行：①排除精神疾病的可能性；②衡量对飞行环境和社会环境的适应能力；③衡量个人潜力和自我实现愿望及水准。对精神健康评价，使用最多的为精神流行病学调查筛选方法，常用评定量表有：康奈尔健康量表（CMI）、症状自评量表（SCL－90）、一般健康问卷（GHQ）等。指出目前国内飞行员心理选拔，多为能力、人格、神经心理测验及行为评定，对精神健康评价重视不够。
The contents, methods, and development trend of mental health evaluation in rnilitaryflight personnel are briefly reviewed. Menta1 health evaluation of pilots concentrates on three aspects:(1 ) excluding the possibility of mentle d1sease; (2) evaluating the adaptability to flight environment andsocial environment; (3) evaluating personal potentials, desire and level of self-realization. Psychiatricepidemiology (luestionaires such as Cornell Medical Index, Symptom Check I,ist 90, General HealthQuestionaire, etc are commonly used for evaluation. At present, psychological selection of military air-crew emphasizes ability, personality, neuropsychology, and behaviour evaluation, but rnental health e-valuation is somewhat neglected.
