“太和拳”是武当道派的历史拳种.根据“太和”的主旨,结合武当的今时今物的修行体验,创编的这套简易拳术,是对武当太和拳的一种承继和弘扬.
Taihe Boxing game has a long history and belongs to Wudang Taoism. On the basis of the theme and the past and present boxing practice and exercising, this simple set of boxing games is created to inherit and publicize Wudang Taihe boxing games.
