氨基酸对内皮(上皮)细胞功能的调控作用

摘要 随着营养基因组学、营养蛋白质组学和化学遗传学不断发展和在研究细胞信号转导方面的运用,小分子化合物在揭示生命的基本活动规律和可能成为候选药物方面的作用,目前日益受到人们的重视。氨基酸不仅是营养的重要组成部分,这组小分子物质通过不同的途径,参与和调理内皮(上皮)细胞中一氧化氮、细胞凋亡、过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体和功能结构蛋白合成的生理功能,对内皮(上皮)细胞的屏障功能、免疫功能和对炎症的急、慢性反应起着调控作用。 The importance of low molecular compounds in revealing basic life rules and as potential drug candidates is getting more and more recognized. Amino acids, as a group of low molecular compounds, are not only important nutrition constitutes, but take part in regulating cellular NO-production, cellular apoptosis, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors,synthesis of functional structure proteins, modulate of endothelial barrier function, immune function and acute and chronic response of inflammation through different paths.
