摘要 探讨了急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病人的血浆TXB2变化与99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)心肌显像缺损区范围的关系,发现AMI患者发病后24小时内血浆TXB2明显升高。并与放射性缺损区范围呈高度相关,r=0.85,P<0.01.这对于估测心肌梗塞预后的价值有待进一步探讨. Abstract The correlation between plasma TXB_2 and radioactive defect area (RAD) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) was studied.TXB_2 was measured by radioimmunoassay and area of radioactive defect by myocardial perfusion tomographic imaging.The results showed that TXB_2 increased significantly within 24 hours after AMI,and there was a high positive correlation between the level of TXB_2 and RAD,r=0.85, P<0.01.It was worthwhile to further explore the value of this method in evaluating prognosis of patients with AMI.
