Analysis of the reasons for the death of 33 patients with chromic pulmonary heart disease

目的分析33例慢性肺源性心脏病死亡原因,总结临床经验。结果慢性肺源性心脏病死因有:肺性脑病致中枢性呼衰、右心衰竭、心律紊乱、上消化道出血、电解质酸碱失衡、急性肾功能衰竭、全身多器官衰竭等。结论及时发现并发症,及时处理,可降低病死率。

Objective To analyze the reason for the death of 33 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods The data of 33 patients admitted to our hospital during 2000 and 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The reason for the death about included pulmonary encephalophy from brain's breath failure, right cardiac heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, disturbances of electrolyte and acid-alkali balance, acute renal failure and multiple organ failure.Conclusion Early findings and treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complications can reduce the mortality.
