Cutting Problem and Its Mathematics Model

在工业生产中,如何对原材料进行切割以降低生产成本,这是生产中的一个重要问题。本文在仅考虑切割方式对生产成本影响的情形下,先给出一个实际例子,并利用LINGO语言建立相应的模型,然后对求出的最优解进行分析,最后提出若干影响切割方式的因素。

One important problem in the course of production is how to cut the raw material for minimizing the production cost.The paper has only considered the situation in which the incision pattern affects the production cost.Actual example has been taken and the correlative model based on the LINGO has been made.Then,analysis of the given superior solution has been made.In the end,it puts forward some factors affecting the incision pattern.
