This paper analyzes the fault of the Short Circuit for Current Loop between phases or in one phase of Electrical Power Measurement Devices according to the circuit principle vector diagram and equivalent electric circuit and derivates the power expression and correction coefficient which is useful for the return and recharge of the electric quantity.
