This paper first introduces the basic situation of Changsha, sums up its historical culture resources, and appraises the resources by comparing the districts with multi-factorial fuzzy synthetic appraisal, then gets the result of distribution state of historical culture resources in every district, and finally puts forward the existing problem and development trend finally.
