摘要 从维护绿色农村电力环境、确保农用电网运行安全的角度出发,介绍了一种新颖的用于消除农用电力谐波污染的有源电力滤波器。其原理是:将检测到的电网谐波电流经DSP(高速数字处理器)运算处理后生成谐波补偿电流指令信号,此信号驱动三相PWM逆变器,使之产生谐波补偿电流抵消电网谐波电流。仿真与实验结果表明:在局部农用供电系统中使用该装置后,基本上可消除局部电力谐波污染,可使电能质量大为提高,为农用电力网或工业电力网的运行安全提供必要的技术保障。 This paper introduced a new kind of active electric filter, which can be used in the rural electric harmonic pollution control, starting from the view points of maintaining green agricultural electric environment and ensuring the safety of rural electric network operation. The principles include: to generate harmonic retrieval electric signal after detecting the electric harmonic current and processing it by DSP (High Speed Data Processor); to generate harmonic retrieval current to counteract the harmonic current in the network through driving the 3phase PWM reverse converter by the signal. The results of simulation and experiment show that the local electric harmonic pollution can be eliminated, and the electric energy quality can be improved greatly if installing the equipment in the local rural electric supply system, which can provide necessary technique guarantee for the rural power network and industry power network.
