摘要
运用频率法、支出法和矩阵法分别对湖南省“四水”治理项目进行了经济、社会和生态环境阶段性评价,结果表明,该项目具有较高的经济、社会和生态环境效益,得出了继续加大对四水治理投资的决策,为湖南省“四水”治理项目开展和开发提供了科学依据。
The current economic, social, and ecological environmental evaluations of the Four-Water Treatment Project in Hunan Province are conducted by the methods of frequency, output, and matrix. The results show that the project has high economic, social, and ecological environment benefit; the decision that it is necessary to increase investment of the project successively is derived. The study provides scientific support for the development of the Four-Water Treatment Project in Hunan Province.
