摘要
介绍了所设计的一种食品辐照加速器用5.5MW脉冲源,它采用放大链形式,末级为速调管放大器,使用典型的线型调制器;阐述了工程应用中脉冲源各主要电路参数的计算和选择,详细说明了其中关键器件闸流管的应用;最后给出了样机的测试波形。结果证明,该体制的脉冲源可安全可靠地应用于民用加速器中。
The paper describes the design of one 5.5 MW pulse source for food irradiation accelerator, using a chain of amplifier, the last stage is a klystron. Employing the typical line-type modulator, the choice and design of the main circuits parameters are analyzed in practice, and the key device-thyratron is described in detail. Finally, the test waveforms of this machine are given out, the result proves that the pulse source using this system can be used with the safe credibility in public accelerator.
