摘要
目的了解时间因素对分离胶分离的血清中总酸性磷酸酶(ACP)稳定性的影响。方法将10份血液标本离心后,分别在立即、1小时、2小时、4小时测定其血清总ACP含量。结果10份标本4次测定的血清中总ACPS值分别为0·050、0·096、0·058、0·050、0·082、0·126、0·096、0·058、0·096、0·096,P70·05。结论用惰性分离胶分离的血清中总ACP在4小时内稳定性很好,所测结果的差异无显著性。
Objective To Comprehend the effect of the time factor on the stability of acid phosphatase in the serum that departing from gum. Method Methods we prepared ten serum, and the concentration of general acid phosphatase was measured in 0,1,2,4 hours. Results The SD of measuring general acid phosphatase is 0.050, 0.096, 0.058, 0.050, 0.082, 0.126, 0.096, 0.058, 0.096 and 0.096 respectively. Conclusion The stability of acid phosphatase in the serum that departing from inertia gum is very good in four hours. There showed no significant difference.
