摘要
本文简要地综述了关于Duane可靠性增长模型的研究工作。我们用经典分析方法得到了Duane模型MTBF的区间估计。
A brief overview of the researches on the Duane reliability growth model is given in this paper. The interval estimates for MTBF in the Duane model are obtained by means of classical analysis approaches.
