摘要
运用“五定律”的原理,对图书馆工作的运转作了客观的分析和评价,从而说明我们的服务宗旨是“以读者为中心”,最大限度地提高文献的利用率。
The library work is objectively analyzed and evaluated with the principles of Five Laws of Library Science proposed by Ranganathan SR. It is shown that the aim of libraries is to take readers as the center and do librarians best to raise the availability rate of literature.
