摘要
文章从分析信息素质与信息素质教育的概念入手,重点论述了高校医学图书馆对参考馆员开展信息素质教育的必要性、主要内容和主要方式,最后总结个人在实践中的几点体会。
The necessity, main contents and modes of conducting information literacy education for reference librarians by medical college libraries are discussed based on an analysis of the concepts of information literacy and information literacy education. Also, the author summed up some experiences from practice.
