几组实验方法处理丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤的研究

摘要 目的 通过实验研究,寻找治疗丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤的有效方法。方法 采用家兔作为 实验对象,制作丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤的动物模型,通过不同的处理方法进行处理,以消退指数和消退时 间作为检测指标,了解不同处理组的治疗效果。结果 冰敷治疗组和冰敷+阿米福汀治疗组效果最好, 其消退时间最短,冰敷治疗组动物组织学检查发现无明显皮肤炎性改变及坏死。结论 出现丝裂霉素 渗漏性损伤后尽早采取冰敷治疗措施,可有效防止皮肤炎性反应及坏死,是一种有效的治疗方法。 Objective To find an effect treatment in Mitomycin C leakage injuries by using experimental study. Methods The rabbit leakage model was made and managed with different methods. The therapeutic effect of each group was assessed using regression index and regression time. Results The therapeutic effects of ice compress group and ice compress add Amifostine group were better than the other groups and the regression time were shortest. As well as there is no inflammation and necrosis in skin of ice compress group. Conclusions The ice compress is one of the effect treatment methods in Mitomycin C leakage injuries and can prevent inflammation and necrosis in skin.
