肿瘤化疗病人参与护理计划工作的研究

Study of Participating Nursing Plans of Cancer Patients Receiving Chemotherapy

目的 探索有效的护理方法,提高肿瘤化疗病人的护理效果。方法 84例肿 瘤化疗住院病人随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(40例),观察组病人参与护理计划工作,对 照组进行常规护理。入院后1周和3周分别进行生活质量评分。结果 3周后观察组生活质 量评分优于对照组(P<0.05),特别是在食欲、睡眠、精神、家庭理解与配合、对癌症的认识、 对治疗的态度、日常生活情况及面部表情方面;而疲乏、疼痛、同事的理解配合及治疗的副作用 上无差异(P>0.05)。结论 护患共同参与护理计划工作对肿瘤化疗病人的康复有益;生活 质量评估表可指导护理工作。

Objective To search for the better effective nursing methods in order to improve the nursing service for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods 84 cases of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (44 cases). In the observation group, patients and nurses drew the nursing care plan together; in the control group, the nursing care plan was drawn and performed by nurses only. Quality of life (QOL) was measured in all patients the first week and the third week after hospital admission respectively. Results The QOL of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group in the third week after hospital admission (P<0.05), especially in the aspect of appetite, sleeping, spirit, understanding and assistance from their families, knowledge of cancer, attitude to chemotherapy, daily life and emotional expression (P<0.05), but not in the aspect of lassitude, pain, understanding and assistance from their colleagues (P>0.05). Conclusions Nursing plans participated by patients and nurses together would benefit the rehabilitation of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy; and QOL could direct clinical nursing.
