健康教育对老年前列腺癌去势患者抑郁心理影响的临床调查

Influence of Health Education on the Depressive State of Emasculation Old Peoples Who Suffer from Prostatic Cancer

目的 探讨适当的健康教育对老年性前列腺癌去势治疗后患者抑郁心理的影 响。方法 术后第3天开始对实验组的患者进行有计划、有组织、有目的的健康教育,同时应 用Zung氏抑郁状态自评量表(SDS)对患者的心理进行评估,判断健康教育对患者术后抑郁症 的影响程度。结果 健康教育组的患者术后抑郁心理评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 有计 划、有组织、有目的的健康教育对老年前列腺癌去势术患者的心理抑郁有明显的影响作用。

Objective To probe the influence of appropriate health education on the depressive state of old-aged peoples with prostatic cancer. Methods Health educating began in the experiment group three days after the surgery, and applying the Zung method to estimate the degree of their depressive mental state. Judging the effect of the health education to the depressive state of patients. Results The patients who accept the health education had a better mental state and the depressive mental state grade point is lower obviously after education (P<0.05).Conclusions The appropriate health education can corrects the depressive mental state of the old-aged patients with prostatic cancer, who had the emasculation surgery. This kind of health education deserves to be popularized.
