摘要
探讨人和豚鼠接触黄磷时血浆游离皮质醇的变化情况,发现黄磷接触组工人血浆游离皮质醇浓度远高于参照组,分别为(7.268±0.430)nmol/和(5.417±0.520)nmol/L,P<0.001,但血浆总皮质醇浓度则以对照组为高,分别为(425.514±236.906)nmol/L和(686.180±280.906)nmol/L,且游离皮质醇有随空气中黄磷浓度的增高而增高的趋势;动物实验示肾上腺实质细胞受损,血浆游离皮质醇与总皮质醇浓度均下降,但下降的程度和趋势均与人群调查不同,引起血浆皮质醇浓度下降的原因可能是其合成减少和代谢增加。
The effect of yellow phosphorus on plasma free cortisol in 132 yellow phosphorus smeltery
workers(PSW) and 63 healthy per-sons as control was studied,and a subacute intoxicating
experilnent in guinea pigs was carried out too. We found that the plasma to-tal cortisol was
significantly lower in PSW ,but the plasma free cortisol level was higher as compared with
control ,the higher the phosphorus concentration in worksite ,the higher the plasma free
cortisol.The guinea pig experiment showed that yellow phospho-rus caused adrenal damage
and decrease of both total and free cortisol in plasma. The cause of decrease in cortisol might
be reduced cortisol production and increased metabolisrn.
