Investigation on the Cognitions and Behaviors of Clinical Nurses to Physical and Mechanical Injury Factors

目的了解临床护士对物理和机械损伤因素的认知和行为。方法采用问卷调查法,问卷的每一个条目的选择,采用自由选择的方式问答。结果问卷回收率92.4%。护士对辐射电离危害、辐射外照射防护等的认知不足,有锐器刺伤经历的护士较多。结论社会、医院应加强对医护人员的关心,同时加强教育,规范操作,完善管理,以保证护理人员的安全及身心健康。

Objective To understand the cognitions and behaviors of clinical nurses to physical and mechanical injury factors. Methods Adopting questionnaire survey method, every item can be free selected to answer. Results The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 92.4%. Nurses were lack of the cognition to radiation ionization injury, protection of external exposure injury, more nurses with sharp puncture wounded. Conclusions The society and hospital should show more concern to their staff, meanwhile enhancing education, normalizing operation, consummate administration, so as to keep the physical and mental health of nurses.
