原发性高血压患者心理症状与社会支持的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation of Mental Symptoms with Social Support in Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压患者的心理症状与社会支持之间的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持量表(SSPS),以随机抽样的方法对297例原发性高血压患者的心理状况和社会支持情况进行了调查,并与国内常模进行比较,分析患者一般情况与心理症状及社会支持的关系,心理症状各因子与社会支持的关系。结果原发性高血压患者的心理症状总分为(137.40±0.35),与国内常模分(129.6±0.32)比较,在统计学上有显著性差异(t=2.51,P<0.01);各因子中躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖与常模相比,在统计学上有显著性差异;社会支持得分(37.93±10.41),属于中等水平;心理症状各因子与社会支持之间的关系存在较弱的相关性。躯体化症状与客观支持呈显著负相关;人际关系敏感与主观支持呈显著负相关;抑郁与对支持的利用度呈显著负相关,有统计学意义。结论原发性高血压患者有明显的心理症状,主要表现在躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁和恐怖5个方面;原发性高血压患者的社会支持属于中等水平,不同性别、年龄、文化程度的高血压患者获得的社会支持有统计学差异;心理症状与社会支持之间呈负性相关。

Objective To Probe the correlation of mental symptoms and social support in patients with primary hypertension. Methods Using SCL-90 and SSPS, with convenient sampling method, the mental symptoms and the conditions of social support were investigated in 298 patients with primary hypertension, then compared with the domestic norm. Analyzing the relation of general state of health with mental symptoms and social support, the relation of mental symptom factors with social support. Results The mental symptom con-score of patients with primary hypertension was (137.40±0.35), comparing with the domestic norm (129.6±0.32), there was statistic significance (t=2.51, P< 0.01), there were also statistic significances in the factors: somatization, interpersonal relationship sensitiveness, depress, anxiety, fear. The score of social support was (37.93±10.41), it is middle. The relation of mental symptom factors with social support is very weak. There were negative correlation between somatization symptoms, interpersonal relationship sensitiveness, depress and social support. Conclusions There are obvious mental symptom, the main manifestation are somatization, interpersonal relationship sensitiveness, depress, anxiety, fear. The social support of primary hypertension patients belongs to moderate level. There is statistic significance in social support in deferent gender, age, culture degree. There is negative correlation between mental symptoms and social support.
