摘要
目的通过开展护士访谈工作,将护士对产妇的健康教育、心理护理等人文关怀纳入护理工作流程,以促进整体护理深入发展。方法用制度规范护士访谈工作内容、方式及要求,针对产妇的需求分3个阶段进行。结果使产妇获得良好的身心护理,体现以人为本的护理理念,促进了产科护理模式的转变,产妇满意度达99%。结论访谈工作作为一项制度执行有可行性,但需要更加完善。
Objective To bring health education and mental nursing into the nursing work flowsheet by doing nurses interview, to promote holistic nursing developing deeply. Methods We standardize nurse talking content, mode and requirement by system. We do that in three stages by lying-in women requirement. Results Lying-in women can get satisfactory physical and mental nursing, it shows human first and promotes obstetric nursing mode to change. Lying-in women satisfy very much. Conclusions Nurses interview work as a regime is carried out, it needs further consummate.
