患者康复护理干预对颈神经后支源性颈肩痛术后患者的影响

Effect of Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing on Cervicoscapular Pains Originated from Dorsal Ramification of Cervical Nerves

目的分析颈神经后支源性颈肩痛的病理特点,探讨颈神经后支阻滞术后,康复护理干预的作用和影响。方法将121例颈神经后支源性颈肩痛患者,随机分为对照组(60例)予以神经阻滞术治疗,观察组(61例)实施术后康复护理干预。结果121例平均随访9个月,对照组总有效率为81.67%,观察组总有效率为91.8%。经统计学处理,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论术后采取相应的康复护理手段,调整颈椎关节突结构紊乱和功能障碍,能有效地缓解或减轻关节、肌肉、韧带以及骨纤维管等因素对颈神经后支的刺激和卡压,是提高治疗效果的重要措施。

Objective To analyze the pathologic characteristics of neck-shoulder pains originated from dorsal ramification of cervical nerves, and to investigate the effect of the postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention on blockage operation of dorsal ramification of cervical nerves. Methods 121 cases of cervicoscapular pains originated from dorsal ramificationg of cervical nerves were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and experiment group (61 cases), blockage operation of dorsal ramification of cervical nerves was adopted in both groups, and postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention was adopted in experiment group only. Results All the cases had been followed up for 8 months, there was significant difference (P<0.01) between the efficient rates of control group (81.67%) and experiment group (91.8%). Conclusions Correlative postoperative rehabilitation nursing can adjust the disordered structure and dysfunction of the cervical vertebral process, relieve the stimulation and compression efficiently caused by articulations, muscles, ligaments, bone fiber tube, etc. Rehabilitation nursing may be an important key of improving the effectiveness of blockage of dorsal ramification of cervical nerves.
