胫骨平台粉碎性骨折复位后注射透明质酸钠的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Injecting Hyaluronate Sodium after Comminuted Fracture of Tibial Plateau Reposition

目的探讨胫骨平台粉碎性骨折,复位固定后关节腔内注射透明质酸钠疗效观察。方法对68例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折病人,切开复位内固定后,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组术后给予常规治疗护理、康复训练,术后第7天开始,膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠2ml和1%利多卡因0.5ml,每周1次,共3次。对照组仅给予常规治疗护理、康复训练。两组病人术后3个月时,按Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准进行评分。结果经治疗后,观察组患者得分均高于对照组,两组得分差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台粉碎性骨折,复位固定后关节腔内注射透明质酸钠能促进关节软骨愈合及功能恢复。

Objective To observe the curative effect of injecting hyaluronate sodium in articular cavity after comminuted fracture of tibial plateau reposition. Methods After incision reposition and internal fixation, 68 cases of patients with comminuted fracture of tibial plateau were divided into the observation group and the control group, containing 34 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group receiving normal treatment, nursing and recovery training. Seven days after operation, all patients were injected hyaluronate sodium 2ml and 1% lidocaine 0.5ml in articular cavity once a week, three times in all. In the control group, patients only receiving normal treatment and nursing. Three months after operation, according to the evaluating standard, patients were evaluated. Results By treatment, the grades of patients in the observation group were higher, compared with the control group, P<0.05. Conclusions Injecting hyaluronate sodium in articular cavity after incision reposition and internal fixation operation can promote articular cartilage healing up and joint function recovery.
