Exploration of the Clinical Application of Communicating Skills by Picture Presentation

目的运用图片展示与暂时性失语患者进行沟通。方法通过对50例因疾病、上呼吸机或因手术治疗行气管切开但意识清醒的暂时性失语患者给予三方面支持,即情感支持、信息支持及医疗补偿性支持。结果通过应用图片展示辅以手势、体语来完成护患沟通,满足暂时性失语后患者的身心需求。结论本方法行之有效,对提高患者生活质量,增强护患关系有着十分重要的意义。

Objective To communicate with the temporary aphasiac by picture presentation. Methods Emotion support, information support and compensation support in medical nursing were given in 50 cases of patients with consciousness, who underwent operation of trachea incision. Results Through presenting pictures and aiding gestures, communication between nurses and patients was realized and the patients’ need in body and spirit were satisfied after during their temporary alalia peroid. Conclusions It is proved this method is effective and can significantly improve of the patients’ living quality and the increase of the nurse and patients.
