针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated by Acupuncture

目的:观察针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:治疗组75例用电针夹脊穴辅以针刺局部循经取穴治疗,对照组45例用传统的循经取穴针刺治疗。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为98·7%、95·6%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组临床治愈率分别为42·7%、11·1%,比较有极显著性差异(P<0·01)。结论:夹脊穴电针辅以局部循经取穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated by acupuncture.Method:75 cases treated with electrical acupuncture on Jiaji associated with acupuncturing the points along the meridian locally as the study group while 45 cases treated with traditional acupuncture along the meridian.Result:There is not obvious difference between the study group and the control group in the effective rate(P>0.05),which is separately 98.7% and 95.6%.However,there is obvious difference in the clinical cured rate of the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of electrical acupuncture on Jiaji associated with acupuncturing the points along the meridian locally in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is preferable.
