摘要
柱塞气举是气举采油气的重要人工举升工艺技术之一,它通过以循环方式在整个油管柱内上下运动的柱塞,减少被举升液体的漏失,从而可提高气体的举升效率。柱塞举升工艺技术的关键是对柱塞运动的控制。建立了柱塞气举的模型方程,通过对模型方程的求解和分析,考察柱塞气举的动力学特性,为柱塞气举的优化设计提供新的计算途径。
Plunger lift is one of the most efficient substituted techniques to successive gas lift production, which uses a free piston traveling up and down the tubing in a cyclic manner. The piston serves to extremely increase the efficiency of lifting liquids by preventing liquid from falling back through the gas and improve the instability of conventional gas lift. The key technique is used for controling the motion of plunger. In this paper, a dynamic model for plunger lift operations was established, the dynamic characteristic of plunger lift was also investigated through the calculation and solution and analysis of the model, and it provides new calculation way for plunger lift optimizing design.
