摘要
为了解决大斜度井钻井中的键槽、沉砂和缩径问题,研制了一种新型的井眼修整随钻接头,它是对破键器加以改进,增加了清砂和划眼功能,性能更加完善。在钻具上适当加接井眼随钻接头,可有效地改善井眼质量,减少起下钻次数,提高钻井时效。这种接头已经在钻井中得到了广泛的应用,取得了很好的效果。
In order to solve the problems of keyseat, sand and hole diameter reduction in high inclination directional well, a new type of joint with drilling is developed. It adds some functions of sand removal and wiping in older burst - groove-equipment,make the equipment's property is more perfect. When this joint is fixed on the drilling tools,the borehole quality is improved effectively, the times of tripping are reduced, the drilling efficiency is increased. This joint has been applied widely in drilling, and has gained good effect.
