摘要
分析了统一出清电价机制对发电商持留容量的激励,针对电力市场设计中应充分考虑需求响应的积极作用,建立了需求曲线线性条件下的需求弹性对单个及N个不同发电商临界及最优持留容量的影响的详细数学模型,并用实例进行了仿真。仿真结果证实了在单一买方的实时电力市场中引入需求价格弹性的必要性,而且随着需求弹性的增加发电商有利可图的持留容量空间也趋于萎缩,因此可以作为制约发电商利用容量持留而哄抬电价的有力工具。
The incitation of uniform clearing pricing mechanism to withholding capacity of power suppliers is analyzed. To adequately consider the positive role of demand response in electricity market design, a detailed mathematical model for the influence of demand elasticity on critical and optimal withholding capacity of a single and N- power suppliers under linear demand curve is built up, and taking an actual regional electricity market for example, the proposed mathematical model is simulated. Simulation results circumstantiate that it is necessary to lead the price elasticity of demand into real time electricity market with a single buyer. Along with the increment of demand elasticity the gainful withholding capacity space of power suppliers is tending towards contraction, therefore demand elasticity can be used as a powerful tool to restrict the power suppliers in forcing up electricity price by means of withholding capacity.
