益虚宁片质量控制方法的研究

Quality control of Yixuning Tablet

目的:建立益虚宁片(枸杞子,制何首乌,党参等)的质量控制方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定2,3,5,4′四羟基二苯乙烯2OβD葡萄糖苷含量,用薄层色谱法鉴别枸杞子、制何首乌、当归。结果:含量测定方法平均回收率为99.0,RSD2.8;线性范围:20～180μg·mL-1(r=0.9999);定性鉴别各阴性对照品均无干扰。结论:方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于益虚宁片的质量控制。

AIM To develop the quality control methods for Yixuning Tablet (Fructus Lycii,Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata,Radix Codonopsis,etc.) METHODS RP-HPLC was performed for the assay of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside.TLC was used to identify Fructus Lycii,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,and Radix Angelicae Sinensis. RESULTS The good linearity was within the range of 20-180 μg·mL -1 ( r = 0.999 9 ).The average recovery was 99.0 % ( RSD was 2.8 T《B》 % ).TLC methods were special. CONCLUSION The method is convenient,accurate and sensitive.and suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
