摘要
目的:建立分光光度法测定救急行军胶囊中雄黄的砷含量。方法:先将砷转化为砷化氢,砷化氢使二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银还原为胶态银,于507nm波长处测定吸收度。结果:在0.5~4.5μg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=7),加样回收率为100.11(RSD=1.64,n=15)。结论:本法重现性好,结果准确可靠。
AIM To establish a UV spectrophotometry for the determination of arsenic in Jiuji Xingjun Capsules. METHODS Arsenic was transformed into hydrogen arsenide,then silver diethyldithiocarbamate was reduced for colloid silver by hydrogen arsenide,its absorbance was determined at the wavelength of 507 nm. RESULTS The linearity range of curve was 0.5-4.5 μg·mL -1 ( r =0.999 5, n =7),The average recovery was 100.11 % ( RSD =1.64 T《B》 % , n =15). CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate.
