参数自适应模糊PID控制在恒压供水系统中的应用

摘要 针对变频调速恒压供水系统具有多参数、非线型、大时滞的特点,设计了一种利用模糊逻辑进行在线参数自适应的Fuzzy-PID控制器。该控制器能够对PID的参数进行在线自动调整,根据不同的工况条件选出合适的控制参数,对供水系统中的水压调节进行有效控制。仿真结果和实际应用表明,采用参数自适应模糊PID控制器后,控制系统的响应速度加快,超调量减小,过渡过程时间大大缩短,振荡次数少,具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的稳定性。 Aiming at characterstics of vvvf constant pressure water-supplying system such as multi-parameters,nonlinear.long time delay,a parameter self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID controller is designed by use of fuzzy logical rules.The controller can make online self-regulation of PID parameters,according to different working condition.Proper parameters are selested to effectively adjust water pressure constant.Simulation result and field application show that after the prameter self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID controller being used,control system response speed quicken.Over regulation measurement greatly reduce,trqnsitional time shorten,fluctuation times decrease and control syatem possess rather strong robustness and good stability.
