基于CSY型传感器实验台的位移测量特性分析与研究

CSY型传感器与检测技术实验台主要用于各大、中专院校开设的“传感器原理与技术”“自动检测技术”、“非电量电测技术”等课程的实验教学。笔者通过在该仪器上的静态位移测量实验并利用MATLAB对实验数据进行处理,比较各常用传感器用于位移测量时的非线性误差,分析其产生原因,同时提出了合理的改进方案,希望对使用者有一定的帮助。

The CSY senor laboratory bench is mainly applied in the experiment teaching in subjects such as'the principle and technology of senor','the automatic detection technology','the non-eletrical quantity measurement technology'in most academies and universities.The Authors make experiments of test of displacement on the laboratory bench,dispose the experiment data utilize Matlab,compare the nonlinear error of displacement testing by the senores usually used,analysis the reason for the error and put forward rational improvement methods,hope it can of certain use to the users.
