Analysis of Affecting Factors of the Ability of the Creative Thinking

创新思维既依赖于人大脑的先天条件,又受外部社会环境的制约。按照一个人成长、发展的顺序,人的一生总是处于家庭、学校、工作三种微观环境交替之中,而这三种微观环境又是以国家或地区的宏观大环境为基础的。从家庭、学校、工作和宏观大环境四个方面考察了创新思维与社会环境的关系,由于正常人之间大脑的生理差别不大,所以创新思维能力的差异主要取决于社会环境条件,自由与平等是创新的社会土壤。

The article holds the view that creative thinking relies on not only the inborn condition of the human mind, but also the outside social environment.According to the course of man's growth and development life always goes in the alternating prcess of three types of micro-environment of a family,a school,and a work place;while the three types of micro-environment are situated in the macro-environment of the country or district.This article observes the relationship between creative thinking and the social environment from the four aspects of a family, a school, a work place,and the macro-environment.Given minor biological differences between normal human minds,the differences in the ability of creative thinking among people are mainly decided by social conditions,while freedom and equality are the background features to nurture creative thinking.
