摘要 基于产品模型数据交换标准的异构CAx和产品数据管理系统间的动态集成是网络化制造亟待解决的问题。分析了Web服务访问的产品模型数据交换标准数据的必要性和可能性,利用统一建模语言间接构建了产品模型数据交换标准和统一建模语言图解之间的映射关系。提出了基于产品模型数据交换标准的开放式产品数据管理网络服务架构,并将其应用于CAx和产品数据管理系统的集成方案。分析了架构的内部结构及功能模块,以计算机辅助设计系统为例,阐述了其利用简单对象访问协议消息调用公共产品数据管理网络方法的信息流程。基于产品数据交换标准和面向服务架构的方法,开发了接口功能模块,为系统集成的实施奠定了基础。 Dynamic integration between heterogeneous CAx and Product Data Management (PDM) systems is a crucial problem to be solved in networked-manufacturing, especially based on STandard for the Exchange of Product model data (STEP) through Internet. With the analysis of the necessity and possibility to access STEP file by Web Service, indirect STEP and eXtensible Markup Language (XML) Schema mapping was constructed for STEP data serialization by United Modeling Language (UML). An open architecture of PDM Web Service was presented based on the STEP and Web Service methods. The architecture was applied for the integration of heterogeneous CAx and PDM systems. The internal framework and function modules of the architecture were illustrated in detail. The Information flow was addressed on how Computer Aided Design (CAD) system can invoke public PDM Web Method such as Check-In or Check-Out by Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) messages. Based on STEP and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) methods, an interface module for the implementation of CAD and PDM systems' integration was developed.
