摘要
制造企业在构建虚拟企业时,普遍存在共享资源使用效率低的问题。网格技术的出现为该问题的解决提供了一种有效的方法,提高了资源使用效率。介绍了网格的特征和体系结构,探讨了制造网格的内涵,并对其进行了应用分类。在此基础上,提出了通过网格技术实现的企业信息集成框架,分析了该框架的实现方法;结合一个具体的应用背景,设计了基于网格技术构建的虚拟企业5层模型应用框架,并进行了详细的功能分析。最后,通过具体的实例,演示了应用框架在构建的制造网格试验平台中的初步实现。
In an Virtual Enterprise (VE), low efficiency in manufacturing resource share is an urgent problem. The emergence of grid technology has provided a feasible solution to improve resources utilization rates. The characteristics and architecture of grid were firstly introduced. Afterwards the connotations and application classification of manufacturing grid were discussed. Then, the enterprise information integration framework based on grid technology and its implementation methods were put forward. In virtue of a specific application background, the five-layer-model application framework of VE based on grid technology was presented,and its functions were detailed. Finally, a case was employed to demonstrate primary realization of the application framework on the Manufacturing Grid (MG) test-bed.
