老年男性糖尿病患者血压控制与并发症相关性研究及护理对策

Relationships Between Blood Pressure Control and Complications in Senile Male Diabetes Patients and The Nursing Strategy

目的探讨老年男性糖尿病患者的血压控制水平与并发症发生的相关性,并制定临床护理措施。方法将184例老年男性糖尿病患者依据血压状况分为5组。正常血压组、血压理想控制组、良好控制组和不良控制组及未控制组。观测不同血压组与糖尿病并发症之间的关系。结果184例患者平均年龄(77.3±8.73)岁,平均糖尿病病程(13.9±11.5)年,有高血压139例(75.5%)、冠心病127例(69.0%)、心肌梗死17例(9.20%)、下肢血管病变73例(39.7%)、糖尿病肾病43例(23.4%)。高血压的血压控制理想者44例(31.7%)、良好者28例(20.1%)、差者67例(48.2%)。随年龄的增长和高血压病程的延长,血压控制水平降低,各种并发症发生增多。结论对伴有高血压的老年男性糖尿病患者,应尽早干预、综合治疗、加强护理,以减少并发症的发生。

Objective To study the relationship between the controlling level of blood pressure(BP) and diabetic complications in senile male patient with diabetes,and to make the clinical nursing strategy. Methods All 184 senile patients with diabetes were divided into 5 groups according to their BP: normal group, perfect controlled group, good controlled group, bad controlled group and uncontrolled group. The differences of diabetic complications among 5 groups were studied. Results The mean age was (77.3±8.73) years old. The mean disease course was (13.9±11.5) years. Within all 184 cases, there were 139(75.5%) hypertension, 127(69.0%)coronary heart disease, 17(9.20%)myocardial infarctions, 73(39.7%)low limbs vessel disease and 43(23.4%) diabetic nephropathy. In hypertension patients, 44 cases(31.7%)having a good BP controlled,28(20.1%)having a general BP controlled and 67 having bad BP controlled. Along with age increasing and hypertension duration prolonging, the BP control become worse, the diabetic complications become higher. Conclusions For the senile male patients with diabetes, hypertension must be controlled as early as possible by all kinds of treatment and nursing. It will decrease the complications.
